Nice , big, good located apartment. Great communication with the host . I recommend. Dear Luci, the appartment is great an a very good place and building. I think you can repaint the living room. It has some splashes on the walls. Otherwise its super and nice flat, wide and with good view and location. Thanks. We've spent a really good time in Cote d'Dazur. The living room could be repainted, according to me. It's not bad ,but can be much better with small work.

This apartment was amazing! Everything exactly as described. Spacious and ideally located in the heart of Nice. We were able to explore the stunning French Riviera whilst basing ourselves in the apartment. It is within walking distance to Nice Ville train station, the promenade, and many other Nice attractions. Interaction and communication with hosts was impeccable. Highly recommended!!

We could NOT have asked for a better location, a better house,better owners to welcome us and take care of us! The location was incredibly convenient with a really short walk to the tram, a short walk to the train station, and a short walk to the city promenade. The house was perfect with plenty of space to house our whole group without feeling cramped and the wrap around balcony was amazing for sitting outside to enjoy the perfect weather. The owners were super nice and easy to work with and very welcoming when we arrived and made everything very easy to arrange! Thank you so much!
