Montaña Vista – Playa Blanca with Private Pool and Spacious Outside Area

This is a truly lovely, recently (2023) refurbished property, that has a beautiful and mature garden and pool area, providing a perfect base to enjoy the sunshine of Lanzarote and the many charms of Playa Blanca. It is located in the residential area, of Costa Papagayo, in Playa Blanca. on the eastern side, towards the Marina Rubicon and Playa Dorada locations.
INTERIOR
Kitchen/Living Room:
The front door opens into the hallway that leads into a stylish open plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including induction hob, with pop up extractor fan, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster etc.
The living room has a large L shaped sofa, providing comfortable seating for 4, a coffee table and SMART TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more). The living room has air conditioning.
Dining Room/Conservatory Area:
There are doors leading from the living room to a spacious conservatory area that provides a table with chairs for inside dining for 4, together with a chill out two seater and chair, which enables complete relaxation whilst enjoying views out towards the beautiful garden and pool terrace. There is a pellet stove available for the cooler evenings, should it be required.
Utility Room:
Leading off from the 3rd bedroom (accessed from the hallway), is the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Super king bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, set of drawers, and overhead fan. Doors lead out to the conservatory area. It has an ensuite with WC, large, walk in shower, with screen and wash basin with vanity mirror.

Twin bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and reading lamp. Overhead fan.
Bedroom 3
Single bedroom with chest of drawers, bedside table and overhead fan.
Family Shower Room
Separate shower room with WC, large walk in shower, with screen and a single hand wash basin unit and vanity mirror.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
As impressive as this property is inside, it is the outside area that is the real gem. Spacious, beautifully presented, with a gazebo style seating area, it is a perfect area for relaxing on the sunbeds, soaking up the sun and enjoying your favourite tipple.
The highlight is the 3.5m x 10m, private, electrically heated (November to April inclusive) pool (1.5m to 1.8m deep), with roman steps leading in.
There is also a roof terrace that presents lovely, mountain views.

This villa is situated in the residential area of Costa Papagayo of Playa Blanca and is approximately a 25-30 minute walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and on to the Papagayo Beach’s and the Marina Rubicon in one direction and the centre of Playa Blanca in the other direction.
The exclusive Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca has a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts a shopping centre and an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities all this can be found within 20 minute’s walk of this property.
Reliable and affordable bus and taxi services are also available, making it convenient to explore various areas of interest.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car. The villa is all on one floor, with the exception of the roof terrace that provides mountain views.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. Guests over 2 are charged at a supplement. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
