Mooeve Psyri - Apartment One-bedroom with terrace
Cozy 30 m² apartment with a 15 m² private terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the outdoors. Ideal for up to 4 people, it features a comfortable double bed and 2 single sofa beds, offering flexibility for guests. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located in a quiet yet well-connected area, it is the perfect option for couples, friends, or small families looking to explore the city with style, comfort, and convenience. You will feel right at home!
We request a deposit of 400€ during the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for a charge and/or you may be asked to leave the apartment:
- It is prohibited to make loud noises in the apartment or on the stairs between 22:00 and 09:00.
The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that will activate the alarm in case there are loud noises between these hours.
-Maximum departure time is 11 a.m. And don't forget to throw garbage in the patio containers.
- Smoking, pets, unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Damage to equipment will incur a refund charge.
