Very cosy and comfortable property. Great kitchen and appliances. The courtyard garden is a suntrap! Very close to the beach and a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay again.
Stay was really good. Property was easy to find and locate. Leigh-Anne gave us detailed instructions of how to locate key for property and some nice welcome touches when we arrived.Place is beautifully decorated and kept and right next to the beach which was ideal for the dog.Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away.
Facilities and interior of the cottage were first class,5 minutes walk to the many pubs and restaurants in the Ferry, nice outdoors seating area when the sun’s shining which was all week. Only downside was very small double bed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hi Norman, thank you so much for leaving us this positive review. We really appreciate it ☺️
The location is excellent. The standards and cleanliness of the property is superb with interesting features like the wet room bathroom. We had three people staying and it lacks comfortable seating for this many people. Only one small sofa.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Malcolm ☺️
We used to live here and wanted to visit old friends. At our age having friends to visit can be a lot of work. The cottage is lovely, with everything you need. Can’t say more. Our only very small glitches were, no comfortable high chair for older people, or joint patients, (we are both) and no indication of the recycling system. Picky really! A great stay.
Pretty and pleasant cottage with excellent and well thought out facilities. Everything you might expect of a very good hotel and more. However the few criticisms we would make are:1. The bathroom - wet-room style actually results in everything getting soaked and is impractical.2. The doors swing open and are large and cumbersome (probably not something that can be fixed). The entry gate is far to wide and difficult to operate.3. The system whereby all instructions need to be downloaded via an App is not user friendly.4. The checkout time (given the significant daily fee) is unreasonably early.

Thank you for your lovely comments about the cottage and its facilities — we’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay.
For future guests, the wet-room style bathroom was designed for accessibility, the guest guide is quick and easy to use via a simple link (with a PDF option too), the internal doors are standard size, and the entry gate is a lightweight, temporary feature that was added at the request of a previous guest who wanted a secure space for their dog.
We truly appreciate your feedback and would be delighted to welcome you back anytime.
The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade.
A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay.
Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced.
Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. Light/ torch needed to help see key box in the dark.
On signing into Netflix 2 rude words were on screen from previous users need to be removed. All of the above are easily fixed and once complete this will be a 5 star cottage.
