Directions to obtain keys was convoluted. Once we retrieved the keys, we had no idea which building housed our apartment. It was not indicated in the instructions. The apartment was not clean. Hair in the bathroom, hair in the shower. Toilet wasn’t flushed although it said it was cleaned. Bed was comfortable. It would have been easier to leave keys in the apartment instead of walking them back to the lockbox. Location was good for what we had planned to do. Would not stay in this particular unit again.
