Fantastic location close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and walking distance to the Beach, Marina and Lagos old town Centre. Very spacious apartment in popular complex Quinta das Palmeiras with both indoor & outdoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and children play area.


Spacious living room with dining area leads out to the west facing balcony, where you can enjoy sun most of the day. The same balcony can be accessed also from the separate fully equipped kitchen. You can find built-in appliances such as washing machine, stove, oven and further a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over and access to another smaller balcony with view over the pool and mountains of Monchique. This is an ideal spot to cool down in a hot day as is east facing. There are further two twin rooms with built in wardrobes. Both are serviced by a separate shower room.

Orientation: West and East to be able to enjoy the sun most of the day!

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of the quality building with elevator.

Further features include AC, parking space in the communal garage, WiFi and electric window shutters.

Guests have access to these facilities: the outdoor pool with sun loungers, indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and the communal patio with the children play ground.
