Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Enjoy the exclusive private Ocean Club which includes an excellent restaurant and bar, fitness cabana, multi-level lagoon style pool with waterfall and in water pool lounge chairs, hot tub and BBQ area. The expansive ocean views are ideal for sunsets and whale watching (November - March).
Halii Kai 24H is located near the Coconut Grove in Building 24 at Halii Kai.
Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We loved the pool and restaurant. The location is beautiful. We also did events at the Hilton as well as a helicopter flight. Everything is nice and close!

Relaxing oasis

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed here with family for the Lavaman triathlon. The property manager was very accommodating with all of our gear. Great location.

Lovely condo and neighborhood!

The condo was perfect for our family’s gathering. The pool was great for kids and adults as well. Nice walking in the neighborhood and to Kings/Queens shops and to A-Bay beach. We’ll likely return!

It was a perfect spot!

The house was perfect for my family and I. I loved being able to let the kids run out on the patio and play on the grass. We even got to feed a wild turkey from the back door. The rooms we spacious and I loved having a laundry room.

We enjoyed our stay! The only complaint we had was the floor was dirty when we arrived (made our feet and socks black 😬) so we had to use a container of Lysol Wipes to clean it.

Fantastic condo

Everything was top notch about this rental- it was clean, specious, had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to all the beach essentials (towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, etc). The beds were comfortable and it was nice that the master was on the other side from the other two bedrooms. The pool at the property was beautiful with a bar/restaurant on site. Queens and Kings markets were close by as are several beaches. We enjoyed it immensely and would come back here again.

Waikoloa resort luxury condo

This unit was the best stocked Vrbo I have stayed at. We had everything we needed and more. The extra bedding in the living room would be better if it was set up as a sleeper sofa instead of fouton mats but we made it work. The host was gracious, responsive and easy to work with. The location is fantastic and the facilities, grounds and access are all superb. We would go back again and can’t wait our next trip to the big island.

When we arrived the front door was wide open...so it was a little uncomfortable just not knowing why it was open. I am sure it’s hard to control bugs but there were two dead cockroaches inside the home...they cleaning crew obviously missed these. Overall though we had a great time and enjoyed the property.

Upon looking at your arrival date, it appears our QC team entered in the morning - and the door lock did not engage properly upon their exit. We have had some crazy wind which is probably the cause of the door being open, and the bugs inside - as pest control had just serviced the unit. A beautiful property and condo, sadly the Ocean Club pool staff ruin it- Not family friendly

We have stayed in Waikaloa with our family several times and while this is a lovely condo and property, unfortunately, the Ocean Club pool staff are the most aggressively unfriendly towards families children I’ve ever encountered. Also they are environmentally irresponsible. You are required to pay $20 a day upon arrival for an access key to the pool facilities, which do not allow outside food or drinks. They have an on-site restaurant, okay fine. But you cannot even bring an empty water bottle to fill there. Not even an empty cup for an 18mo old child. They require you to use disposable cups at their water station to access drinking water. They cite “worrying people will sneak in alcohol” as their reasoning. My kids are well behaved, not yelling, running, splashing others etc, but were preemptively warned by staff about their rules multiple times because the pool attendant “ thought they might throw a ball, or do xyz ” I would not recommend to anyone traveling with young children. The condo itself is beautiful, and it’s such a shame we would not return.

The unit was as described with a lovely pool/restaurant beside the ocean at the end of the street, a 5-8 minute walk, beaches and shops nearby. Make sure you get a code for the community gate in case you arrive after office hours for the property management co.

Very nice. However took awhile to get hot water for showers as found that handles were backward. You should let guests know this. We enjoyed the patio and grill. Tanks need to be filled. Will recommend.

Everything was absolutely phenomenal! The place was fantastic and suited our family just as advertised. The only bummer was the tennis court and basketball court were unavailable as they were being resurfaced. I understand that was not in the property managers control but it was a bummer as we were looking forward to playing some tennis and shooting some hoops. Everything else was phenomenal

Halii Kai 24H

This property was perfect. It had everything we needed including a grill which we used to prepare a delicious fish dinner. It is a short walk to the pool with beautiful views of the ocean and whales swimming off the Coast. We would love to bring the whole family back sometime.

Nice condo

Great location. Well maintained landscape. Nice condo. There were a few things that could be improved. The tile floors were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. We would have cleaned the floors ourselves, but there was no bucket or floor cleaner. There was a leaky toilet in the main bath. I called property management and they said they would be out the next day but never showed up and never addressed the issue at all during our stay. We had to place towel up against the wall to soak up the leaking water from the toilet hose connection. The staff at the pool were very strict and curt with guests. They strictly enforced the rules. No lawn chairs could be moved, no umbrellas allowed, no outside refreshments, even a bottle of water, were allowed.

Your point is valid regarding the need for cleaning supplies. Though we prefer our guests to not spend time cleaning, we realize the importance of having the tools available and have addressed this for future guests. As far as the maintenance issue, we are not sure how your request was made, but it was not entered in our system. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond to make our guests comfortable, but obviously missed our mark. Lastly, though we do not have any jurisdiction over the Ocean Club/pool staff – we will forward your comments to the on-site management. Nice condo in a beautiful location

This condo was perfect for our 2 families (3 adults and 3 teens). We loved the beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. There's a nice restaurant and bar at the pool. Even though it's ocean front, there's no beach access. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and we loved that they had beach chairs and beach towels. We had a wonderful stay!
