Welcome to our property called BEL AZUR, this very modern and elegantly decorated apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a "nicoise" building.

You can contemplate the sea from the balcony while enjoying breakfast in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening.

Access to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach is via a private path from the building through a beautiful garden.

THE APARTMENT:

BEL AZUR is spacious (84m2), bright, very well equipped and has a private south-facing balcony with sea view that can accommodate 4 people. All rooms are airconditioned!

Important: Our apartment, classified 4**** in Nice, guarantees you a comfortable stay and is designed to offer you a quality stay.

LIVING/DINING SPACE:

The bright and inviting living area is designed for both comfort and style. It features a flat-screen TV with popular streaming apps such as YouTube and Netflix, a comfortable sofa and armchair with a footrest, and an elegant dining area with 4 bar stools — perfect for enjoying meals together.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is modern, functional and very well equipped: hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc. The kitchen has a good work surface and a bar table with two bar stools. From the kitchen you can see the dining room and the living room and you can enjoy the sea view while cooking.

BEDROOMS:

The apartment features two stylish and comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful stay. The master bedroom offers a luxurious super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, a large wall-mounted TV, and a beautifully designed ensuite bathroom with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet with a washbasin is conveniently located in the hallway.

The second bedroom features 2 single beds along with storage space for your belongings and a desk, making it ideal for both relaxation and remote work. The single bed can be put together to a super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm - you can chose between these options when filling out our precheck-in form prior to your stay).

BATHROOMS:

There are two stylish bathrooms for your comfort. The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet with a washbasin is conveniently located in the hallway.

The second bathroom is spacious and includes a large walk-in shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, plenty of storage space, and a toilet.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- this property has a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer

- Access to the beach from the residence is via a passageway in the garden, and in just a few steps, you're there. It's 15 minutes from Place Masséna and 20 minutes from Old Nice on foot.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

BEL AZUR is located in the well-known district “Gambetta/ Quartier des Fleurs”, only a few minutes away from the “Jardin Alsace Lorraine” and the Tram stop “Alsace Lorraine”, from where can go directly to the airport or the port of Nice.

The famous Promenade des Anglais and the beaches are just a few steps away.



OTHER INFORMATION



- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions - All of our properties are strictly non-smoking - including balconies and terraces.

- They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
