The apartment was lovely! Great location in White Chapel, close to the tube, but only a 20 min walk to the Thames and some great old pubs. Had all the amenities we needed, and decor made for a soothing retreat from the hustle-bustle.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth 200/Night
We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. The photos online were extremely misleading and did not reflect the actual state of the property. The bathroom was a complete disaster – leaky, disgusting, and practically unusable. The shower broke the very first time we tried to use it, and we ended up avoiding it altogether for the remainder of our two-day stay.The kitchen and bathroom were far too small, making it difficult for our family to manage basic tasks comfortably. For the price of 200 per night, we expected a much higher standard. This apartment simply did not deliver. We feel this was poor value for money and would not recommend it to others.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, and I’d like to address your concerns in detail.
Firstly, I’d like to clarify that the shower and all other amenities in the property are in proper working condition. If there were any issues, we would have been happy to address them immediately, but we didn’t receive any communication from you during your stay.
Regarding the size of the property, if it appeared smaller than expected compared to the pictures, that’s understandable as photos may not always capture dimensions perfectly. However, the apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people, plus a dog, which also requires additional cleaning services.
The rate of £200 per night reflects not only the high demand in this well-communicated and safe area, located just 15 minutes from central London, but also the premium pricing typical during the Christmas season. We believe this is a fair price given the location, the holiday period, and the amenities offered.
I must also mention that, upon your departure, we found blood stains on the linens, bed, towels, and carpet, which required significant cleaning. Additionally, the door to the property was left completely open, which could have led to serious issues. Thankfully, nothing happened, but this is a matter of concern.
Despite these challenges, I am happy to continue this conversation privately to ensure everything is resolved.
