Dear James, I am sorry that you felt that your stay only warranted a 3star review. If there was anything wrong with the property I would have addressed it but I didn't have any complaints from you. It is important to us that our guests are happy with their stay and we aim to achieve 5 star reviews. It would be helpful to understand why you rated us at only 3 stars. We were very helpful when you asked to change your reservation dates and had to turn away another guest because of this.
