Tiny House Sand Dollar - beachy tiny house living

Sand Dollar is our Amy model's "big" sister. She has a penthouse suite with an easy spiral staircase found privately on the other side of the bathroom. She also has a sleeping loft above the kitchen that cantilevers over the cute front porch and a modern comfy futon that folds out to a sleeper. The kitchen and bar area are a great place to congregate and have drinks or catch a meal. The vaulted ceilings in the main room make her seem not so tiny in fact. The decor makes you feel... well... like you're on vacation. The bathroom sports a real deal flushing toilet, a corner shower stall, and a great ikea sink and wardrobe. Hollar, hollar :) ...you'll love the Sand Dollar! Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement via email for electronic signature.

Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.

If you bring a pet, we charge a one time pet fee of $25 plus tax.

Cute

Very cute…more room than we thought! Cooking was a bit difficult and neighborhood a bit sketchy but overall good stay, close to beach and everything else. Bike and dog friendly.

Awesome Tiny House

Just as described in posting! The row of tiny houses were very cool. The location to different beaches was perfect. You can walk to get groceries and other items. Recommend some interior maintenance and painting. Overall great stay!
