My family stayed here for our annual beach trip. Three sisters with our spouses, kids, dog, and our aging parents. We were very comfortable and everything was well laid out and expectations were clearly communicated. We had a great time. The kids particularly enjoyed the video game consoles downstairs.

We loved our stay! The rooms were very clean and our group of 7-adults, teens and tweens had plenty of space to spread out. The kids especially loved the basement/game room area. The home was well stocked. We also enjoyed having the wagon, chairs and umbrellas available for us to use at the beach. The amount of outdoor seating was appreciated and again offered us an opportunityto spread out after a long car ride. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Th perfect place to stay for our Girl Scout troop trip with 3 adults and 9 girls (ages 13-14). Close to the beach and only a 30 minute drive to Savannah. The adults loved having a quiet sleeping area upstairs with laundry facilities and the girls loved the downstairs game room. Plenty of seating for everyone and lots of great outdoor gathering paces too. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is good with all facilities, very clean , maintained. Guests can park 3-4 cars easily. Also it's very accessible to the Tybee beach. The price is lil bit on the higher side, can be matched to similar properties.

This was a great house for our family! The house is well stocked with games and other random essentials. When we got there, there was a personalized welcome sign and gift waiting for us. During our stay, the power went out and broke the modem. The host was super responsive and had a brand new modem for us to solve the problem the very next day! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a big family looking for some Tybee Time, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

I hurt my back after I had made the reservation so I needed help on the stairs and found using the basement stairs were safer than the exterior steps and my family were always with me Beautiful home and plenty of room for 5 adults. Host was quick to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend especially for large group

It was in a great location, and the house was perfect.

It was a perfect place to go and relax and enjoy the family! Beach was great, and the shops were nice. Food was delicious! Thanks again for providing a beautiful home to spend our family vacation.

Great location for a quiet get away

The building was great with many intimate places both inside and out to find the peace and quiet we needed even with a group of people staying. Close to everything and great parking for multiple cars.

Great vacation home

We loved staying at this beach house. The game room downstairs was really great for the little one, teenagers, and adults. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this house!
