Lamentamos sinceramente su disgusto, el cual se debió al recargo aplicado por limpieza adicional. Dicho recargo fue necesario ya que, durante su estadía, los bebés hicieron heces tanto en la piscina como en la cama, lo que requirió un proceso especial de limpieza y desinfección.
Esta medida se aplicó únicamente por motivos de higiene y para mantener los estándares de limpieza y bienestar que ofrecemos a todos nuestros huéspedes. Agradecemos su comprensión.
