The property was very cluttered and dirty. We spent a fair amount of time organizing and dusting. Cleaning and wiping down appliances, glass surfaces, televisions and baseboards. Freshened the curtains with a wash as well. The property did not reflect what was advertised online. An additional wardrobe was placed in the living area. It was not needed and made the apartment feel very crowded. Sadly, would not recommend or return.

We are sorry that you feel this way about the flat, we reached out to follow up during your stay to check if you are comfortable none of these things were mentioned The flat was well cleaned and dusted before you check in, review is based on individual perception especially with decorations, we put an extra wardrobe because you are staying for a month so there is enough storage for your convenience You did asked to extend your stay but unfortunately we could not accommodate your request because we have bookings The review is quite disappointing for the effort we put in to accommodate your stay, we also made sure you had a coffee maker because you requested Our decorations were removed and put in cupboards which took us a while to locate all of them , we dont appreciate things getting moved around as you are aware that this is someone's home for self catering and not a hotel
