Lounge dining room with large floor to ceiling panoramic windows that benefit from the afternoon & evening sunshine through to sunset. It’s very much a bright airy feel.

Outside sun terrace with high private walls that benefits from all day sunshine.
Shaded outside dining area which has a waterproof pergola roof, that makes for a lovely cool shaded area all day should you need it.

Whole property & terraces both ground floor and the upper sun roof terrace.
On a community of 40 homes so you have access to walk around the community & enjoy the mature canary gardens.
The expansive community pool is gated & we provide a security swipe pass to gain access to the pool.
On the roof terrace you can see across to the Corralejo dunes beaches to the Atlantic sea & mountains. The roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase and has a roof wall surround which provides private discreet sunbathing when you are seated & on your sunbed soaking up the canary island sunshine.
The site is gated & you have keys to allow you move about freely in and out.
The property is semi detached home & a unique semi circle sun trap fan shape.

They are small and their desk at the Airport seems to have the smallest collection queues when we arrive. We have used them over 20 years now and they’ve been honest and very good service.

Corralejo is a vibrant and evolving resort town, and like many popular destinations, there is ongoing investment in new hotels and private villas across the area. Building work is regulated and limited to permitted daytime hours.
During your stay, you may occasionally hear some background noise related to nearby construction. We always aim to ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay and appreciate your understanding as Corralejo continues to grow and improve.

Lovely house/villa with easy check in and check out and clear instructions and communications. The house has all the facilities needed for your stay. We particularly liked the courtyard for private sunbathing and lunch. It needs a little updating which I am assured will be done shortly. There is a nice pool with kiddies pool, although this is not heated. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink and a great place for walking. 10 mins walk to Supermarkets. 25 mins walk/5 mins drive to town centre.

After arriving in the evening, we where extremely overtired it was just get in, shower and get ready for bed after seeing how clean the space was both inside and out. The longer we stayed in the home the more we loved it. The location was great for everything town was not far, local bars and food places had great recommendations from each other. The amenities were literally everything we needed and it all worked, fully kitted kitchen with coffee machine, air fryer, pans galore and all you needed to feel at home. Parking was easy, the vehicles where safe, the area was quiet no noise. The upper terrace is great for dining and gets the last of the sunshine when the lower area loses its sunshine and the views wow (you just have to be there). Plenty of privacy where needed and the pool area was easy enough to access. From the beginning communication with the hosts had been clear, concise and very friendly. We where fortunate enough to meet Matt on one of the days in person and got some insight on places to go and see and we in our time on the island done so much and had awesome experiences. We've been spoke about going back and staying in the same place (which is a rarity).

Why they chose this property

We first discovered for Fuerteventura probably 30 years ago. We loved it charm for it laid-back Canary lifestyle with beautiful golden beaches and a low-key Café lifestyle. FUERTEVENTURA has always been unlike the rest of the Canary Island resorts.. it’s not about big high-rise buildings and hotels we love the fact that it’s quiet you can walk to everywhere and it’s not busy and in many ways not touristy.
The beaches are amazing busy only really on peak Spanish holiday periods and the rest of the year you can have the whole beach to yourself. It’s incredible. We always wander around the beaches and finding space lots of space.

Our ground floor sun trap sun terrace is large and sheltered to lets you enjoy long days out of the wind and soak up lovely canary island sunshine. The Sunshine can be very strong in the Canary Islands most of the year so please do take care. I don’t overdo it especially in our very sheltered terrace where you’re out of the wind and it is really quite warm away from the cooling breeze of the island.. on the roof up the spiral staircase you’ve got a lovely large roof terrace with sunbeds and panoramic views over the Sundunes of Corralejo down to the sea. Behind the house is the imposing impressive volcano that is an icon of Corralejo. It’s lovely to sit on the roof and watch the Sun go down over the volcano amazing colours in the evenings.
