Eduarda was very nice and helpful.As to the Condo, we had issues with the toilet not flushing in the second washroom. The blinds in the main bedroom did not close.The shower head was broken in the main washroom [ but eventually fixed]. The parking space was too tight to fit our rental USV although e alternate was provided because another tenant wasn't there.Although this condo can fit 6 or more people, there was only enough utensils for 4 people so we had to constantly was dishes.We stayed at this resort previously and had better amenities.Resort condo itself was nice, it was just disappointing to see so many amenities not to par. especially at the prices we paid.
