Check in was harder than usual had to go to the front desk of the building next door ceiling was leaking in kitchen maintenance brought in loud fans and a dehumidifier that made the kitchen unusable condo could use a deep cleaning

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!

The refrigerator leaked so we had to use one of the towels to keep the water mopped up; the washer did not work so we did not have clean towels the entire stay. The strip across the bottom of the door came off. We contacted management at the condo who said they would send someone to check on the washer, but no-one ever showed up. I have stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores many times and this is the worst condo I have ever rented. I would not recommend this particular unit.

Affordable, basic, got the job done

Outside of a few inconveniences - tiny washer/dryer combo (I.e. could only wash three beach towels at a time), lacking hot water heater (only one or two people get a hot shower in evening), and tiny toilet in master bath (my husband is 6'5" and it was like a kid-size toilet) - we were still able to have a good vacation while staying in this condo. Beach view, perfectly fine pool area and located in an area with plenty of stores and restaurants. The condo is a little small and the decor is kind of old/outdated but it has all the basics. The master bed is big and comfortable. It was fine and affordable.
