Romana Playa studio - beachfront complex Elviria
Fantastic studio (40m2) in the beachfront complex with large sunny terrace and sea views, and direct access to best sandy beaches in Elviria, east Marbella. Secured development Romana Playa offers 5 outdoor pools (seasonal opening) and kids playground. The sandy beach is clean, family friendly and one of the best in the area. Location is very lively within walking distance to various restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other amenities. Marbella town centre is 15 mins drive.
Bright and modern studio-apartment has been fully reformed in 2020. It has a living room with king size bed, comfortable sofa-bed, open plan kitchen (no dishwasher!) and a shower room. South facing terrace (20m2) to enjoy the sun and fantastic views all day!
AC unit (heat/cold), fast Wi-Fi, smart TV's, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace.
The apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift. Just outside of the apartment there is a lovely outdoor adult pool and kids pool ( please contact the host about nearest outdoor pool opening hours prior making reservation). Secured free outdoor parking just outside of the apartment's block.
Occupancy up to 4 persons, comfortable stay – 2 persons.
