Great house

Loved the houses and location it has everything you need. Though, it’s a house for 10 guests and there are only 6 chairs to sit à the dining table. And they don’t provide dishwasher palets or soap. That would be the only reasons I don’t put a 5 stars.

The house is in a great location and great for a family. The only issue I had when we went to the house at 4:15 (a 4:00 check in is already late) the cleaning service was still at the house and their lunch remnants were all over the dining table. During Covid I don’t want to see this. The house was not as clean as I was hoping for during this time

Very Nice!

Excellent location, just a short walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach. From there, it’s about a 20-25 minute walk to Ogunquit Beach and Ogunquit, very convenient. There are several good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a 5-10 minute walk of the property. The house is well-stocked and well-maintained. There are modern appliances, such as mini-splits for heat and A/C throughout, and washer & dryer in the downstairs bath. The large upstairs bedroom suite was the best room of the house. The studio apartment on the first floor was also very pleasant and spacious, and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and large Keurig. All common areas were very comfortable. As mentioned in another review, there are many on/off switches, so additional labeling would help. We eventually got the lights and fans we needed to work, so this is a minor point. We enjoyed the outdoor seating at the front of the house, which has comfy chairs with Sunbrella cushions and a firepit. It was a pleasant surprise to find wood supplied for the firepit, unfortunately, the wood was too big to use (we did not request replacement). Despite being a bit exposed to the gaze of a few pedestrians on the nearby sidewalk, we still really enjoyed that space. Overall, we enjoyed every day in the house, and its excellent location, and would stay there again.

Perfect beach getaway

House is just like the pictures show. Attached studio apartment perfect for my son , wife and 2yr old grandson . Very short walk to the beach, but know this is the road to the footbridge parking lot so at times there were more cars than expected. The house was very clean. Big bonus is the on-site washer and dryer ( there was even laundry pods and dryer sheets). Nice outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Only “struggle “ was there are a lot of light switches to figure out. I would definitely recommend this house as an excellent place to stay.

Summer Vacation

LOVE the Location.....the beach, several restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. This home has everything you need and is very spacious for 8 people. My favorite part is the front patio where we would gather for our morning coffee and then again at the end of the day for a nice fire in the Solo fire pit. It was very hard to leave and can't wait to go back.

Amazing location for this splendid vacation home! This is our 2nd stay. Great spaces both in & out. Kitchen is well stocked with all pans & appliances you could possibly need. Plenty of beach chairs, floats, cooler & more. The convenience of all sheets & linens available is another terrific plus! There is no describing how fantastic it is to have a short walk to Footbridge Beach — it is spectacular!!

Perfect for a getaway to Ogunquit and southern Maine

The location was excellent -- very easy access to downtown Ogunquit (shops, restaurants, etc.), the Playhouse, Marginal Way, beach, and other places we wanted to visit on our stay. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. My one complaint is this -- even in pandemic times, the cleaning fee was exorbitant.

Above your expectations!

We have been renting in the Footbridge Beach area for many many years! This home, is by far, the most comfortable, convenient, and above our expectations in many ways! Great gathering spots inside and out — plenty of space — easy walk to the best beach — and so close to great restaurants if you are heading out. The grill & fire pit were terrific! Beds comfy— home super clean too! So hope to return next year….

Amazing!

Truly one of the best rental units I have stayed in! Enjoyed a week vacation with my daughters and 4 grandchildren. Plenty of room for all and great outdoor spaces. House was immaculate and well cared for - easy walk to beach, trolley and restaurants. Look forward to returning next year!

Great place to stay!

This house had everything. Dishes, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, firm mattresses. The house was spotless. The beach was a short walk down the street. The only blip was trying to get the television to work. There are three remotes but one was hidden in a drawer. Eventually, we found it and all was good. It would have been good to know that if we had our Prime and Netflix passwords, we could have watched that. But we didn’t. Anyway, it was a great house and very comfortable.

The easy kitchen, easy bath access, easy group meals, easy back yard, trash can management, easy front yard, easy drive up easy ocean and highway access. easy, easy easy. the toaster need non electrical conducting tongs to lift the toast out.

Great location to footbridge beach of course... House was pretty much exactly as shown in photos except for the unfinished area to the apartment style room downstairs 🙄 Took a bit to figure out heating remotes and LP stove didn’t work so that was a bummer... Overall very nice once you got used to all the wood 😁

Great Location and a vacation within a vacation!

We just finished our stay and we’re not disappointed. We brought our large family and my moms family. My mom and her family were able to stay in the attached suite which allowed us some together time and some privacy. It is just a hope and skip from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and icecream parlors right around the corner!!
