Walking distance to Moody Beach (0.6 miles) and Ogunquit North Beach (1 mile) or a short drive to Footbridge Beach Ogunquit and Crescent Beach Wells. 2 miles to Ogunquit downtown, 3.5 miles to Perkins Cove and 10 miles to Kennebunkport.

The Space
1st floor
Enjoy this spacious, bright, open floor plan includes a living area with sectional couch, 55’ flat screen smart tv that can be seen from all areas, full kitchen with all the cooking and dinning items you may need, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. Dinning area can seat up to 6 people. The first floor also includes Primary suite with a queen size bed, flat screen smart tv, walk in closet and full bathroom with stand up shower. Laundry room and half bath are also located on the first floor.

2nd floor
Full bathroom with shower and bathtub, First bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and dresser. Second bedroom has 2 full size beds with closet and dresser. Third bedroom bunk beds: queen on bottom, twin on top.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the front porch with your favorite summer drink and after a long day at the beach sit back and relax on the patio by the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The front yard is perfect for lawn games and grilling out. There is also a private outdoor shower.
