This home features 5 bedrooms including a king bed, 2 queens, a full, a bunk bed (twin over full) and 2 twin beds, perfect for multiple families. (Basement room with twin beds is under remodeling and will have mattresses and bedding when complete). AC in every room on first and second floors keeps everyone comfortable. Basement bedrooms stay cool without AC. Small deck located off of kitchen. Garage set up as a game room that includes Pop a Shot, Foosball table, board games/puzzles and legoes, in addition to a TV that you can bring in our own gaming console to hook up.
12 -15 minute drive to Wells & Drake's Island Beach. Add to your vacation experience with drives to York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, etc to enjoy all of the beaches and attractions southern coastal Maine has to offer.
House located on 3 acre lot surrounded by woods and private from neighbors.
