This rental home is in a great location being just a short drive to San Sebastian as well as walking distance throughout Irun. We were able to check in a few hours early which was very nice. The kitchen was mostly functional with space to cook and prep dinner if you are tired of going out. It was also nicely renovated however needs some major cleaning. The kitchen cabinets had lots of food crumbs and even other people's hair in them. There were spiders hiding in many bathroom corners as well as dead bugs in the laundry room and other areas. It seemed clean at first glance but needs a very deep cleaning to be up to regular VRBO standards. Many of the pots and pans were old and worn. My only other recommendation would be to have enough fans for each of the guest rooms. The rooms get very hot in the summer with no A/C even with the windows open. There were only 2 fans for the 4 guest rooms. With some minor upkeep and cleaning this would be a fantastic rental home.
