Perfect for couples, nestled in a tranquil rural setting, this delightful property offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to the bustling market town of Aylsham, just a 5 minutes’ drive or 30 minutes walk along the Bure Valley Railway Line.

Nestled alongside the owners’ home; the Dairy dates to 1800s, now fully renovated (2022), retaining the original features like the exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler, fully modernised and furnished offering a very spacious and well-equipped home providing comfort and relaxation. The lounge features a traditional wood-burning stove, perfect to snuggle alongside on cooler evenings. The windows to the front boast lovely countryside views allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of this rural landscape from the comfort of the home. The charm of vaulted beam ceilings in the bedroom adds character and a sense of openness, creating a cosy yet airy atmosphere. Outside is space for a bistro table, and for those who love the outdoors, the property is perfectly located for scenic walks, with a fields and tracks from the door providing a great spot to stretch your legs and take your dog along. Whether you enjoy a leisurely stroll or an afternoon of exploring, the open space and fresh country air are a wonderful highlight. With access to the Bure Valley Railway Line footpath only 500 metres away, you can walk from The Dairy to either Aylsham market town, down to Wroxham or connect up to the Marriott’s way footpath.

The market town of Aylsham offers has a variety of independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, where you can immerse yourself in the local atmosphere while raising a glass or two. There is also a supermarket and auction room. From here you can jump on the Bure Valley Steam Gauge Railway, in fact the railway line is within 500 metres of the property, where you can sometimes hear the trains whistling as they approach. Several National Trust properties: Blickling Hall is 10 minutes’ drive, Felbrigg Hall is 20 minutes’ drive and Sheringham Park is 30 minutes’ drive. Wedding venues Oxnead Hall, Hautbois Hall, and The Norfolk Mead all within 15 minutes’ drive. Delightful North Norfolk Coastline, with its stunning beaches and picturesque landscapes and famous Norfolk Broads National Park 30 minutes’ drive. Cromer, famous for its iconic pier, traditional end-of-pier show. Wroxham, known as capital of the Broads, daily boat hire and river trips available to explore the miles of inland waterways, plentiful with bird and wildlife and many waterside eateries to enjoy.
