About this property

Very NEW 1br Guest House with modern decor

The calendar should be pretty up to date now. So feel free to book if it shows available on the calendar.

The House is not HandiCapped Ready. There are 3 steps you have to climb on the Porch.

Update: the house does have an air conditioner now in the living room. Being on the north side of the property, the window unit is sufficient to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level very fast in our upstate NY summer weather.

This is a House (separate entrance) attached to the Main house(not an Apartment or Basement Apartment).


10 Year Young and still looks brand new!
1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and Washer & Dryer, 1 full size kitchen, 1 living room.

32 inch LCD TV(1080p so work as monitor as well) with Xbox and cable service.
Off-street parking.
Ultra High Speed internet (200+Mbps) with WIFI
Tree lined back yard and fish pond shared with Main house.

Fully furnished with:
100% cotton luxury bed linens, kitchen items(plates & cups, pots, slow cooker), all utilities.

Location is perfect close to all major attractions in the area (Globalfoundries, GE, Albany downtown, Saratoga Springs etc). Clifton Park shopping Mall is 2 minutes down the street. Hotels in the same area average around $150 per night.


Great Area with easy access to shopping and companies.
Sorry although there's a pool onsite, it won't be available for guests to access due to liability issues.

Perfect for what I needed

Went away for a quick three day weekend and found this cute little place. Easy to find, easy, check in, close to restaurants, breweries, or distilleries, and a whole bunch more. This location was great for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

The property and owners were so nice. We had everything we needed and I was assured of there was anything missing we could just ask. Everything was clean when we arrived and it was a good amount of space. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Easy to find.Good size kitchen, although we didn't use it except for coffee, with limited silverware. Good king bed. Good washer/dryer. Small shower with a shower head that points too high. Towels were well used (old), and stained hand towel. No bedside table on one side. Unusual request to put all used toilet paper in a trash can beside the toilet due to septic system. Only one air cond unit in living room window, but a large fan that we put in the hallway to direct the cooler air back to the bedroom. Handwritten post-it notes in numerous places - not very professional.

Great communications before and during the stay. Very clean with everything we needed for a 6 week stay, plus they offered other items for use during our extended visit. This was the perfect location, close to shopping, freeway (short drive to Saratoga). It was super clean and spacious. It was just me this trip, but perfect for two people. Comfortable bed, great lighting. I was there during freezing weather and it was warm and cozy. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the comment. The place is actually 2 miles from the highway exit so it's hop on the highway and go anywhere near saratoga county and ablany metro.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. We were 15-20 minutes from Saratoga Springs a short drive off of 87. The room had everything we needed.

Off to the races

Overall this property worked very well for our weekend at Saratoga for the Travers. Property was clean functioning. The following suggestion are meant to help the owner provide a better guest experience. I would suggest that the kitchen/dining tools be added to. the kitchen is not set for someone who is looking the cook meals for themselves. Also the space as rated for 3 people and there are only 2 coffee mugs or drinking cups. A pool is listed on the site but instructions at the space says it is not available due to liabilty. Lastly, signs in the space about keeping the floor clean lest you be charged are not very welcoming and there is a cleaning fee plus the deposit is for damage not dirty floors. Thanks, Brett

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location to all the shopping/amenities you require in Clifton Park. If you are going to Albany, it's a little further than what people were telling us (not the owners however) as its a good 25+ minutes away (and not 15/20 min as previously mentioned and its $40 cab/$35 Uber). No biggy really. Overall it was a good experience and stay, but be sure to read the fine print upon arriving as there are very detailed guidelines about cleaning before you leave.
