We want you to have an amazing vacation experience when you come to the Orlando area. If you're looking for a comfortable, private and spacious condominium within the highly rated resort community of Windsor Palms that's close to Disney parks, restaurants and shopping, then you've come to the right place. You have found the perfect Disney vacation get-away spot.

As far as the accommodations, we invite you to stay in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in a nice gated community in Kissimmee, with easy access to parks, markets, shopping and restaurants. You will enjoy feeling pampered in this resort community.

We are located on the first floor so it’s very convenient to bring your luggage from the car to the condo. As you enter the home you have the kitchen, which opens up to the dining area and Family Room. We have Free High speed Wi-Fi and TV in Living room and each bedroom. From the Family Room you have a direct access to your private patio, a delightful area to enjoy coffee in the morning while listening to the birds singing.

• The spacious Master bedroom is on the right side of the Family Room; here you will find a comfortable Queen size bed, a dresser with mirror and nightstands. We also have a TV in here as well. There is a walking closet and a full private bathroom. The secondary bedroom has 2 Twin size beds and a walking closet. Across from the bedroom you will find the second full bathroom. We have a Greco Pack 'n Play for your little one.

For Food and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and utensils so you can ease right in and start cooking as if you were at home. A coffee maker, coffee and sugar are included.
For Fun
In the Family Room you have a TV, there are also several books for your enjoyment and a deck of cards.
There is free parking on the property.

The location is ideal for families. The Clubhouse offers many amenities such as pool, spa, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis courts, toddler splash area, toddler playground, pool table, ping pong table, bike rentals, movie theater, Fitness center, Arcade. There is also a Tiki bar so you can order food and drinks while in the pool area. Additionally there is a convenience store so no need to stress if you forgot anything as they carry most basic necessities.


We do not allow smoking in the condo or patio
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please help us respect our neighbors' right to their quiet enjoyment of their homes as well.
Florida is tropical climate, so higher propensity to bugs than other parts of the country.
These rules are strictly enforced.
This is in a guard gated community, very secure.
