Just a short walk from the bustling green in Burnham Market, Windy Ridge is the perfect detached, single-storey option for a couple or small family that are looking to enjoy a convenient stay on the North Norfolk coast. Within easy reach of the pubs, restaurants, boutique shops, delis and galleries of this popular village, you are also well placed to catch the reliable bus service to other parts of the coast and inland.
Inside, the generous sitting room has been beautifully styled in muted coastal inspired tones creating a relaxing ambience. For when the evenings are chillier, the cosy wood burning stove add adds extra warmth in this beautiful room. Adding additional space the adjoining sunny garden room offers groups a place to enjoy the good weather and garden views. The well-equipped kitchen provides plenty of worktop space for creating meals at home and features a dining table for four people.
Two bedrooms have been prepared with comfortable mattresses and fine linens; the master bedroom hosts a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds on request, with twin beds provided in the second bedroom. A family bathroom offering separate bath and shower completes the accommodation.
Outside, the property is encompassed by a mature garden that benefits from this sunny location. Here, groups can dine al fresco from the charcoal barbecue gathered together around the dining furniture provided. A small, unfenced pond is located to the front of the property. Although the garden is fenced, it cannot be considered as being fully enclosed.
Windy Ridge is located in an enviable position in this hugely popular village. Excellent restaurants Socius, No. Twenty9, and The Hoste are all within a ten minute walk, as are the delicious delicatessens Tuscan Farm Shop, Humble Pie and Norfolk Living. A visit to Burnham Market is not complete without a stopping by the fishmonger, Gurney's, and the butchers, Arthur Howell. Be sure to make time to peruse the fantastic boutique shops and colourful galleries. The coastline at Burnham Overy Staithe and Wells-next-the-Sea are within easy reach by car, or catch the bus from on the green.

Please bring your own standard size pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. There is external CCTV at this property. Pleae be aware, there is a pond in th front garden. This property does not provide a starter pack (coffee, tea, milk, sugar) or a welcome hamper. The neighbours have shared rights of way, but this will not impair your privacy or enjoyment.

Windy Ridge is perfectly located in the centre of Burnham Market, easy to access shops / pubs etc. Cosy bungalow and easy access to surrounding areas.
