Beautiful place / Perfect location

This apartment in Trastevere is really a perfect place to stay while in Rome. Quiet part of the area but plenty of shops and restaurants near by you can easily walk to and taxis are readily available to take you to the ancient city part of Rome. The apartment is big and beautiful as well as very secure with a cool old style lift. Easily would accommodate 8 people. Simone and Vito are the Best!! Vito met us at the property and Showed us all the little particulars about the place. Just book it and thank me later!

Plenty of room for 7 guests. Outstanding communication with host. Plenty of cookware to create your own meals. Conad grocery store 7minute walk. Trastevere neighboorhood funky, eclectic, lots of restaurants. Plenty of novelty shops, etc. Get out and explore by foot.

L'appartement est vraiment très grand et très agréable. Par contre, il manque énormement d'équipements pour permettre de cuisiner à plus de 4 personnes (marmites, poeles trop petites, pas de plat allant au four, pas assez d'assiettes et de verres). Ceci est dommage pour un appartement de cette qualité. De plus, les volets du salon sont mi-clos et celui de la cuisine est clos, toute la journée, sans possibilité de les ouvrir, ce qui fait qu'une partie de l'appartement reste dans la pénombre dans la journée.Les échanges par message n'ont pas été très corrects quand nous avons signalé les équipements manquants.Une chasse d'eau coule perpétuellement, on sent que l'appartement est peu entretenu.Tout cela est fort dommage avec un appartement de ce potentiel.
