Set in the peaceful countryside of Sprimont, this modern 4-bedroom holiday home offers a relaxing escape for up to 8 guests. With a private infrared sauna, central heating, and a partially fenced garden with a trampoline, it’s perfect for families or small groups looking to unwind in the Belgian Ardennes. The home features 3 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and free WiFi throughout.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the terrace with barbecue is ideal for al fresco meals. Indoors, enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove, or challenge your group to a game of table football. A high chair and cot are available on request, and parking is provided on-site. Please note: check-in is not permitted after 8 PM, except in cases of force majeure.

Fijne tijd gehad met mijn vrouw en vier kinderen van 16,8,7 en 3. Mooie omgeving, waar ik dagelijks een andere route met m'n mountainbike kon rijden. Verder is er genoeg te doen van kanoën, kastelen bezoeken, grotten, watervallen, circuit van Spa, ect. Het huis is best ruim, redelijk koel vooral in de kelder. Ook de sauna was lekker bij de koele dagen die wij in onze eerste week hadden. Verder voor de jonge kids was het leuk om te tafelvoetballen sjoelen en trampoline springen op de dagen dat we niet op pad gingen. Locatie is rustig, weinig verkeer terwijl je zo op de snelweg zit en daardoor niet lang rijden is naar leuke plekjes. Als het rustig is en je zit buiten hoor je de wegen een beetje. Maar zeker niet storend. Het huis is schoon en netjes afgewerkt voor een vakantie woning. Eigenaar is een aardige en behulpzame man. Heeft ons goed geholpen en doet zijn best om je een fijne vakantie te geven.

Es ist nicht richtig gepflegt, das gesamte Küchengeschirr wurde von unseren Vorgängern nicht richtig gespült oder… Der Kamin ist voller Risse usw., wodurch Rauch im Raum hängen bleibt. Auch die Kinderspiele haben ihre besten Tage erlebt. Darüber hinaus ist es ein sehr umweltschädliches Zuhause. Für Heizkosten und Ähnliches müssen Sie für ein Wochenende mit -210 Euro Aufpreis rechnen.
