Nice duplex apartment located in a quiet community with swimming pool in Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava.
It is a first floor apartment with bright living-dining room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the loft which has 2 single beds and an exit to a large terrace overlooking the communal area.
The community has a swimming pool, also a children's pool and a very spacious garden-pine forest ideal for children to play.
Close to the centre and the Port Pelegrí beach in Calella.
Outdoor parking within the community grounds.
