Beautiful property!

Beautiful property, fully stocked with everything you’d need! Great host and conveniently located as well. Although I spent most of my time away- I’d def stay here again.

Relaxing family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything we needed was included. The kiddos loved the pool and fishing off the deck. Highly recommend this property. Lovely!

Lovely stay, at a lovely place.

Location was very nice, and home was well maintained and stocked with essentials. The pool was a lovely addition, we would recommend a textured mat of some sort at the exit of the pool because the pool decking is very slick when wet. I look forward to returning.

What a fantastic vacation rental!

This vacation rental was fantastic!!! We had 5 adults, I child and a teenager and had plenty of room for everyone!! We all had an amazing time and made wonderful memories. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home! Everything was so easy and convenient from booking all the way to check out.

The house was awesome. We paid extra to have the pool heated and swam all day long! Also, we loved taking the golf cart to the beach. Such a great amenity.

Beautiful Bay House

Wow...best bay House we have ever stayed in! Owners are great and the house was well equipped with everything you would ever need for your stay! My boys fished off the dock and the kayak and paddle board were used daily. The golf cart was also a HUGE help transporting us back and forth to the beach. The Marina was a fun area to hang out and get a nice lunch. We will definitely be back to stay here.

Amazing!!!

One of the best VRBO stays ever! The house is super clean and well decorated. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Heated pool for night swim after the beach. Close to the beach and the fishing pier. Or you can fish off the back yard canal. The host is really nice, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great Place Away from the Crowds

Really no major complaints about the house and only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the room with bunks wouldn’t cool down even at night. We would still rent again if we choose to go to Galveston, so obviously it wasn’t a big issue.

Favorite house in sea isle

This house is by far my favorite house in sea isle and I’ve rented A LOT of houses in the area. It has so much room and is so clean and neat! The hose was very responsive and really worked with us to make our stay even better! The pool was so much fun a long with the hammocks and outdoor bar! The entire outdoor area is incredible. There’s an amazing tanning deck if that’s what you want or can sit under shade by the pool on a hammock. The golf card was also a huge plus! We took it to the marina ever day for food! I will probably never rent another house in sea isle again.

Great comfortable stay

Very clean property with plenty of space. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of items available to use in the kitchen. Extremely quiet community. We loved the peacefulness at night time. Definitely not a party home. Mercedes communicates as needed and answers all questions promptly. My boyfriend brought his 26’ foot boat. It did not fit on the lift, however we tied it off with bumpers and that worked wonderfully! Would definitely recommend this location.

Thanksgiving 2020

This was just the break our family needed to celebrate Thanksgiving in a year with so much uncertainty and worry. The house was very well-appointed, well decorated, updated amenities, clean and stocked with the necessary things needed for a family. The outdoor space was very nice with plenty of seating on the top deck and downstairs by the pool. We were able to dine outside with plenty of covered seating by the pool. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. The property manager was very responsive with our questions. Also loved that the house came with the golf cart. We will be back in the Spring to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards when it’s warmer. We were truly able to relax.

Great spot with everything you need!

Great neighborhood with everything you need. There is a great restaurant and bar that even has live music about 5 minutes in the owner provided golf cart! There's also a bait shop just as close. The property is on the canal only about 5 minutes away from West Bay in the owner provided kayaks and paddle boards. And of course, about 7 minutes in the golf cart to the beach! The house itself is super clean and modern with a very nice master suite and beautiful upstairs patio looking onto the canal. Downstairs there is a outdoor bar with bluetooth speakers next to the pool and boat dock. For a group of 6 to 8 people, this is a perfect spot... All you need to bring is a bathing suit. Everything else you need is already there.

Something for everyone

This was our first family gathering since before Covid, and this was the perfect place to enjoy our time together! So much outdoor space and lots to do - we fished, swam in the pool, kayaked, tried our hand at paddle board, lounged out on the deck, hosted a small group of close friends for a shrimp boil, and had a family photo shoot at sunset on the beach! The golf cart was a hit, and gave my 15 yo granddaughter her first driving experience. The first thing everyone noticed was the TAMU logo on the golf cart, we had 3 Aggies with us👍 Mercedes, the property manager, responded quickly to every question or need both during our 6-day stay and before we arrived. Everyone agreed they would love to come back! The only thing missing were a few extra dish towels!😉

Easter Weekend

We have stayed in this home before and it is lovely. It’s great for two families or 4. It is clean and we love that the pool heater works well and love that a golf cart, kayaks and paddle boards are included among a few other pool toys. The grill works well and the property manager is very responsive when we have questions or needs. The kitchen could use a few extra supplies including more eating utensils and some wine glasses would be a nice addition. They provide a small amount of toilet paper and paper towels to start, but I recommend bringing extra supplies and trash bags just in case as we ran out. They could also use a few extra kitchen and bath towels. The TV is a little tricky and you aren’t able to watch regular network tv, but Netflix and other apps are included for watching movies. Everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, great spot for time with family and friends.

The Perfect Home in Sea Isle

I just got home from this beautiful rental & I already miss it! First, Mercedes was a wonderful host. She sent me detailed instructions & information, & she was polite, professional, & warm in our interactions. I felt confident in the check-in & check-out procedures thanks to her emails & a very convenient handbook inside the home. Upon arrival, I was so impressed with the entire vibe - it's even prettier than the photos online. It's modern but welcoming, warm but still fun, & the design choices are exquisite! It felt like a mix between a boutique hotel & a cozy bungalow. The combination of the pool, the dock, & the multiple outdoor seating areas was just perfect for our group of 7 adults. We swam, we fished, we played board games, we dined al fresco in a variety of seating areas, napped in some loungers - talk about covering all of the bases! This house was a dream & the host is awesome; I'd highly recommend it. Mercedes, thank you for sharing your beautiful slice of Heaven with us & we hope to come back soon!

The Perfect Rental

The owners have done an amazing job. When we arrived the place was spotless with a fresh/clean smell. Everything is in good condition and they really have thought of just about everything to ensure you have what you need. The kitchen is well stocked and they have an awesome electric non-stick cooker. Grill and fire pit worked great too. They also have good cast iron skillets and plenty of cutlery/silverware. The kids had a blast in the pool, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. They even caught a small stingray! They caught lots of fish and we caught enough crabs to make crabcakes one night. Another thing that we loved about the house is the a/c worked very well and the beds were comfortable. We slept great which is rarely the case at rent houses. The location of the house is also fantastic as the marina is a very short drive as is the Sea Isle beach access. Tip: When exiting Sea Isle head further West a short ways to the public access point where there is parking on the beach so you don't have a long walk carrying your stuff. The beach was very clean when we were there too.

Fabulous stay!

Our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend. We had 5 adults and 4 kids ages ranging from 14-6. Everyone had a great time in the pool and fishing off the pier as well as using the kayak and paddle board. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks Casa Marimar!!

Amazing Bay House!

We were a group of eight adults and this was perfect! The dock, pool, golf cart, kayaks and paddle boards were wonderful to have on site. The kitchen was great to cook in and stocked with all of the utensils and cookware that we needed...gas grill outside was a plus too. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!
