Property is luxurious and spotlessly clean. Our host Harry Wallace was very efficient and dealt with ALL our requests promptly and to our full satisfaction. Rooms are all of a good size and the property is located in a quiet spot in a very beautiful village.

About the host
Hosted by Harry Wallace
We are a small family looking to provide a service for others. We come from a luxury sales background and when we had this opportunity land on our doorstep, we felt it made so much sense. We grew up in Edinburgh and are so focused to providing the best we can for our guests.
Why they chose this property
Newtongrange is a peaceful village but filled with so many amazing walks (Newbattle Abbey being one standout) but also has all the amenities you could ask for. Kind neighbours, a village owned pub (The Dean Tavern), The Sun Inn restaurant that do an amazing breakfast.
What makes this property unique
Red Roofs was the old Doctor's surgery for the village and the previous family to us had it in their family for over 60 years. As it the house meant so much to so many, we wanted to restore it to its former glory and share it with others. We took the building back to brick and recreated so much within.
