Great place for family gathering
Great location in a great complex. Quiet location but close enough to MB if you want to go. Nice pool. Great beach. Fabulous view. Decor could use some updating. Could have been cleaner and fresher at occupancy. Bring your own garbage bags.

Outdated condo,
please know I have had very positive experiences with all my previous VRBO;s. this condo had multiple areas on the ceiling where plaster was coming off, rust in the shower and on the shower rods, the blinds were broken, not just little broken, but entire slots missing in a row. Carpet was so run down it is dirty, even when I vacuumed it just did not feel clean. This unit had a beautiful oceanfront view but I would not stay there again. We love visiting Litchfield by the Sea but would rate this condo 1 out of 10.
