Le logement était bien mais on sent que l habitation se dégrade. Nos têtes de lit sont très dégradés et s'écaillent. La piscine perd du carrelage. La table extérieure n était pas nettoyée à notre arrivée. Le matin notre terrasse était arrrosée par l arrosage automatique. Il n y a pas de relation avec le propriétaire tout se passe par internet ou téléphone. Ils ont toujours ŕépondu à nos demandes et assez rapidement mais c est trés impersonnel. Le site est tranquille et agréable.

Nos ha encantado!

Estuvimos alojados en Sa Franquesa Vella, cerca de Manacor y nos ha encantado! El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y precioso. La piscina y el entorno geniales, son pocas habitaciones con lo que siempre hay sitio en la piscina. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario y el personal es muy atento y agradable, aunque el alojamiento no cuenta con recepción, están pendientes de sus huéspedes.

Appartamento bello in un contesto stupendo con piscina che da sulle colline. Location stupenda a 30 min massimo di auto dalle spiagge più belle dell'isola e dal centro di Palma. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.
