Our GUEST house welcomes you with 3 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen which opens to the living room, laundry room, private backyard with deck, 2 car garage, and a private swimming pool (ONLY OPEN from mid May- August). The master suite includes a his and hers sink, separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

We came in for the Saturday George Strait concert and visit our Red Raider. Our host was amazing and responsive, check was very easy and the property wonderful and is in a great neighborhood perfect for 6 people and most importantly for us, away from Lubbock proper but close enough to do all the things we needed/wanted to do. I should add that the property itself is well maintained and has everything you need!

The host was welcoming We had all our check-in information early and the host followed up with us the day before. The house was perfect for our stay during December graduation for Texas Tech. We enjoyed local shopping and restaurants, and played board games in the kitchen. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The Christmas tree was a special added touch as we hadn't all been together since my daughter's wedding almost 8 months earlier. Thank you for your hospitality!

The air conditioning was fabulous. The pool was OK. They never cleaned it so you kinda have to constantly push leaves and debris away from you while you’re in there they did however open it earlier and close it later upon request which was nice. The house was nice, but there was a lot of cobwebs up in the High corners. The access to the garage is nice. However, if you don’t read closely enough, you might think you’re staying in the main house. You are definitely not. You’re staying in their guest house and they live in the main house. They do allow you to use a grill bring a barbecue brush because they do not provide one we had to buy one. And overall the whole place could use a little bit of an update. The bed was super comfortable on the right side, though it does make noise every time you get up to get out of bed which means it’s somewhat difficult because I had a baby with me. The Internet would constantly go out as well so if you’re just there to relax and not go sightseeing like I was, it’s going to be somewhat frustrating because the Internet goes out a lot. The host did try to resolve the situation. She wanted to come into the guest house while we were there to try and fix it herself, which I was definitely not comfortable with that’s why I usually generally stay at places where the host isn’t like right next-door. I go to stay away from people not to be around them. The host was accommodating when I asked for a late checkout. If you do plan on cooking, bring own pans

We had an amazing weekend at this home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The living spaces were cozy and perfect for spending time together. The teenagers lived the pool and okay orn hole in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to town, which made it super convenient. Our family had such a great time, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Really Nice House

We went to Wollforth to watch my grandaughter in her play and stayed at this wonderful house. The manager/host was so helpful with check-in and was always available to answer questions. The house was well kept and had all the comforts that we enjoyed.
