First, the pros: the landlord was extremely responsive; the location couldn't be beat - one block away from Frederiks Kirke; and overall the apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. On the down side, there were the bathroom and the shower. The bathroom was barely big enough that a person can squeeze in, but it was serviceable. The shower, however, was not as serviceable. At the time of our stay, the drain was blocked, and while the landlord sent someone to pour a chemical declogger down, it was not successful, and water pooling over the entire floor was exacerbated by the floor which is not graded. Water issues aside, the shower itself was not great - felt like showering in a janitor's closet, to be honest. Lastly, it's worth noting that the apartment is on the ground floor and so vehicle traffic, delivery trucks, passersby are all easily hearable through the single-pane windows. Still, we were able to sleep, and the beds are quite comfortable. On balance, the pros mostly outweigh the cons for a short trip. If we were to stay any longer than two nights, though, we'd look for other accommodations.

Die positiven Aspekte zuerst, die Wohnung ist geräumig, liegt sehr zentral und großes Kompliment an die Reinigungskräfte - es war blitzsauber, man könnte vom Boden essen. Leider auch ein paar Nachteile, das Haus wird renoviert, weder das Inserat noch die Kommunikation vor Anreise hatte das erwähnt. Bauarbeiten bedeutet, das Gebäude ist von allen Seiten eingerüstet und ab 7:00 stehen Bauarbeiter mit Schlagbohrmaschine und ähnlichem Gerät draußen vor den Fenstern und den halbtransparenten Vorhängen (es gibt keine Jalousien).Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, aber etwas abgewohnt - d.h. man kann z.B. nachts das Bad nicht betreten, ohne zu riskieren, dass die laut knarzende Tür jeden aus dem Bett reißt. Das gilt praktisch für jede andere Tür der Wohnung ebenso, wie für den Kühlschrank.Insgesamt würden wir für den Preis den wir gezahlt haben nicht nochmal dort buchen (leider), auch wenn wir nun, wegen der Baustelle, einen Rabatt angeboten bekommen haben.
