On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance, storage room, and a service bathroom. Moving up, the first floor features a spacious kitchen, perfect for enjoying local flavors. The second floor offers a large living room with a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing while admiring the lagoon’s colors. On the third floor, there is a master bedroom and a bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort. Finally, a charming attic completes the house.
Possibility of boat mooring and bicycle rental for a fee.
City Tax: € 4,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights
