The well-equipped kitchen/diner boasts modern appliances, including a dual-fuel stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer. A large pine dining table seats eight, with a highchair available for little ones.



Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a 5ft bed and en-suite shower room, offering plenty of space for a crib. A second double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) also includes an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom has two 3ft beds and a sink, while the bunk bedroom features full-size bunks and a skylight. A family bathroom with a bathtub, power shower, sink, and toilet completes the floor.



Guests can enjoy shared access to 1.5 acres of stunning grounds, featuring duck ponds, waterfalls, barbecue areas, and a children's play hut. With open lawns for ball games and plenty of space to relax, it's a true countryside retreat. Well-behaved dogs (up to 2) are welcome but must be supervised due to free-roaming ducks and chickens.



Parking for two cars is available within the courtyard, with extra spaces if needed nearby.
