Check in process was very confusing due to providing the incorrect location of the lockbox.Listing states parking is available, yet that is not the case you have to go to a lot and pay for parking.Wifi didn’t work at all for us.Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the master, springs popping out.Bathroom had no mirror, the only mirror was inconveniently located behind the door in an armoire shower was lukewarm at best.In need of some updating.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. I appreciate you taking the time to share these details, as they help us identify where we can improve.
I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the lockbox location—we’ve since updated the check-in instructions to make them clearer and more accurate. Regarding parking, I understand the frustration. While we try to be transparent in the listing, we’re now reviewing the description to ensure it clearly communicates that parking is off-site and may require a fee.
I’m also sorry to hear that the WiFi and bed comfort were not up to standard. We've since had our WiFi professionally inspected and upgraded, and we’re replacing the master bed to ensure a better night’s sleep for future guests.
As for the bathroom setup, I appreciate your note on the mirror placement. We’re currently making updates to add a more conveniently located mirror and improve the overall bathroom experience, including fixing the water temperature issue.
We genuinely value your input and are actively working on these improvements. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.
