Perfect for a quiet getaway, business trip or city break, and extended stays. The flat is comfortable with the convenience of a come and go as you please, self-contained flat.
Minutes away from the sweeping sands of Swansea bay. In an excellent location, for the Arena with easy access to the city centre, public transport and a wide range of entertainment, dining and leisure facilities.
This is a ground floor flat with its own private entrance.
The flat comprises of a modern double bedroom with a brand a new double bed, open hanging space for clothes, with a chest of draws under it, desk/dressing table with large mirror, and 2 bedside tables with lamps that have built in chargers.
There is a modern bathroom with a shower over shower bath.
There is a moderm kitchen that includes a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, fridgefreezer, large washing machine, heat pump dryer, hob, oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, with tea/coffee facilities.
There is lounge with large wall mounted TV, leather 2 seater sofa, 1 modern arm chair, floor lamps, and some side tables.
To gain access you would need to collect the key from a lockbox on the wall by black downpipe to the left of the commual entrance, where you will be staying.
There is no allocated parking, but there are a number of carparks nearby. These range from 1 being free, and a number that are £5 per day. These are all within a few hundred metres from the flat. We've tried to price it so that it allows you to pay for parking.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Once you have finished your stay can you please lock the flat door (black door) and post the keys through the letter box (black door).
Please could you then send a text message, or message through the app to say you've checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
