The "Le Camelie" house is located in the quiet residential area of ​​Stiava, a few kilometers from the sea and the beautiful city of Viareggio.
The bright and welcoming Casa Le Camelie extends over two floors and is equipped with heating, three bedrooms on the first floor, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with TV and direct access to the garden. The Casa Le Camelie can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is also furnished with taste and attention to detail and has a large outdoor area furnished with a table, chairs and a sitting area for eating and relaxing comfortably outside - with a barbecue.

Maison très propre et très bien équipée avec des propriétaires adorables et extrêmement réactives à toutes nos demandes.2 garages pour les voitures très pratiques.Proche des plages et des villes touristiques en voiture, un glacier délicieux à 3 mns à pieds.La climatisation serait un plus mais avec les ventilateurs et les volets cela reste gérable.
