A spacious and cosy apartment located in Erba, nestled among the inlets of Lake Como, between the lakes and mountains in the heart of the Lariano Triangle.
Strategically located for exploring the best areas of Lake Como.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a balcony offering a distant view of Lake Pusiano. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV.
Sheets, towels, and bath linens will be provided.

📍 Parking:
We do not have private parking on the property, but you can drive up to the entrance to easily unload your luggage.
After that, you can park in one of the two free on-street parking spots located about 150 metres from the property.

- Avoid making loud noises after 10:00 PM
- Please separate your trash for recycling
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony
- Treat the house as if it were your own
