Overall, very nice stay. Apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Bedrooms were comfy and apartment was more or less well stocked.Place is professionally managed, so not much feel to the apartment.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property on Lake Como! The highlight was definitely the amazing terrace – spacious, peaceful, and offering absolutely stunning views of the lake. Watching the ferries go by each day was such a treat, whether we were enjoying a morning coffee, sunbathing in the afternoon, or having a relaxed evening meal. The two parasols provided much-needed shade during the warmer hours, making it comfortable at any time of day.Inside, the kitchen had lovely tiled details and was nearly fully equipped – we only missed a few basics like a cheese grater, a small sieve, and a couple more large mugs. The living space was tastefully decorated, and the bedrooms were generously sized. The smaller bedroom had very comfortable mattresses, while the master bedroom mattress was just okay – one side could use an upgrade.The location is great for exploring the area, but do keep in mind that a car is necessary, especially for shopping or getting to nearby towns. We paid extra for a parking space just outside the property, and while we felt it should have been included in the rental price, it turned out to be worth it for the convenience.A big plus was the service from the 'Rent All Como' agency – they were responsive and helpful, quickly addressing a small issue we had. Check-in was smooth and well-organised, with all the information we needed clearly provided. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and scenic Lake

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer und der Aufenthaltsraum sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Blick und ist sehr geräumig. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt ist eher für Kinder geeignet, da es nur über ein Ausziehbett verfügt; dies war nicht so klar in den Angaben ersichtlich. Der online-Eincheck-Prozess ist eher umständlich Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur könnte besser sein.

Ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (unbedingt 1 Stellplatz bei der Buchung reservieren).Die große Terrasse bietet einen herrliche Aussicht und bietet viel Platz bei schönem Wetter. 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, viel Platz und Klimatisierung.1 Schlafzimmer mit Bett und Schubladen-Bett, auch mit Klimatisierung, aber auf den Fotos im Inserat hatte man den Eindruck es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das ist leider NICHT so ! Für Familien ist das noch ok - für 2 Erwachsene ist das Bett und Schubladen-Bett zu klein.Das Badezimmer ist groß und sauber.Leider sollten manche Dinge im Objekt etwas mehr Pflege erfahren und gewartet werden. Die Fliegengitter und Halterungen lösen sich oder können nicht arretiert werden, die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse waren komplett vertrocknet, trotz Bewässerungsmöglichkeit, was sehr schade ist.Leider gibt es keinen Esstisch um mit 4 Personen (bei schlechtem Wetter) in der Wohnung zu essen. Es gibt keine Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel, vor der Ankunft sollte man einkaufen gehen. Im Ort gibt es für Notfälle ein kleines Geschäft, aber sonst sind alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte im Ort mittlerweile geschlossen oder werden renoviert. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 8 km entfernt - hier sind die Angaben in der Info in der Wohnung leider nicht aktuell.Wir hatten aber trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub.
