Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, patio, and garden. Two storage benches and one hallway cupboard are locked for owner use. I respect guest privacy but am always available via the messaging app. Detailed check-in instructions and keyless entry details are sent before arrival.

- Shoes off on carpet
- No smoking in the property. Smoking allowed only in designated garden terrace (we can also provide you with a shisha delivery & collection service)
- No food/drinks (except water) in bedrooms to protect carpets/ upholstery
- Rubbish in the GREY bin neatly tied in black rubbish bags, recycling in the BROWN bin only without any bags (Tuesdays collection)
- Toilet paper only in toilets, please!
- Report any breakages (we’re reasonable with accidents).
- Only booked guests allowed in the property.

    Super Unterkunft, Gabriel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Riesen Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Straßenbahn sind direkt um die Ecke.

    Since the UK government have decided to focus on and develop this borough over the next 25 years, it is a perfect location as it will only keep getting better.

    The borough is already home to a purpose built olympic gym & olympic pool built exclusively for the 2012 olympic athletes which has since been opened to the public.

    There is a £3b Hollywood Studio being built in Dagenham.

    All 3 major markets are coming to Barking & Dagenham, which means anyone staying in Barking & Dagenham will have access to the latest selection of food produce from all over the world, right on your doorstep. This hasn't happened yet and will happen soon.

    What makes this property unique

    We have a beautiful garden terrace which everybody loves.

    We also have blackout curtains in every room to ensure a peaceful sleep for everyone.

    The 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens will ensure that you have enough space to cook all your meals when traveling with a large group and never have to wait to use a shower. All our showers have superb water pressure and the waters gets warm instantly.
