Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

It was inaugurated in March 2024.

The apartment is very sweetly decorated, and the location is excellent. We were with a child, and everything was great. Markets and restaurants are nearby, as well as all the city attractions. Even the bus stop for the Zoo is close by. The staff was helpful and friendly. We hope to come back to Cava Baja and Madrid again.

The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and cozy, check-in is easy (before check-in they send you codes that function as &quotelectronic keys" to the apartment), and there is also the option of direct communication with Raquel via WhatsApp if something goes wrong (I needed to cut my trip short by a day and she was definitely there to help!). There is excellent noise insulation between the apartment and the street, which from what I&#39ve read is not something that is taken for granted in Madrid. Overall- great, I would be happy to come back next time I visit Madrid! The noise insulation between the apartments themselves is not that good, but it didn&#39t bother me personally. They asked for a 250 euro deposit in addition to the regular payment for the apartment (it is returned 24 hours after check-out).

A localização é excelente, muito perto do metrô, com várias opções de restaurantes bem próximos e um mercado a menos de 100m. O apartamento é limpíssimo e muito bem equipado, roupa de cama excelente, o chuveiro é ótimo, o Wi-Fi funciona muito bem, o acesso é todo automatizado, o que facilita demais o check-in e o check-out, e a anfitriã é muito atenciosa e disponível. Para completar, fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de espumante, chocolates e bolinhos. Não poderia ser melhor. Voltaremos, com toda certeza. Não gostamos de ter que ir embora. Gostaríamos de ter ficado mais tempo.
