The apartment features a living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, refrigerator, kitchenware, and an electric kettle.

You can also prepare a snack or a drink at any time thanks to the integrated kitchenette (2 hotplates, sink, and refrigerator). A coffee maker, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils are also provided. The apartment offers courtyard views from the balcony, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV.

The new building complex on the shipyard site was completed in 2010. It includes a restaurant and a show workshop. The 9 individually designed apartments are located in the upper part of the building.
