This newly renovated ground floor apartment situated on the sought after Monte Dourado resort is perfect for family and friends, offering convenient access to town (10 minute walk) and the beach (15 minute walk) with easy access to the pool and a spacious terrace equipped with a table and chairs, it's an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your holidays.
The space
This delightful single-level property boasts a private entrance leading to a bright and welcoming hallway and features two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning / heating and spacious wardrobes offering ample storage for a short or long term let.
The master bedroom offers a super king bed and pool views while the inviting lounge is perfect for relaxation and dining, complete with air conditioning for the summer and a log burner for cozy winter stays.
The lounge opens up to a terrace featuring a dining table and chairs for four, along with two additional loungers for relaxation.
In the lounge there is a large TV available, equipped with various channels and Smart TV capabilities allowing you to easily log in to your own Netflix / Prime / You Tube accounts to enjoy your favourite shows.
Accommodating up to four guests, the property also provides a standard travel cot and high chair up on request (prior to stay)

I’m originally from Yorkshire, but I moved to Carvoeiro 15 years ago and set up my own property management business. Over the years, I’ve really enjoyed welcoming guests and hearing their positive feedback — it’s incredibly rewarding. I chose Monte Dourado because over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many guests here as part of my work in property management. It’s a location that people genuinely love – close enough to town to enjoy the atmosphere, but just far enough away to avoid the noise from bars and restaurants. It’s easy to park, convenient for getting around, and makes a perfect base for exploring both Carvoeiro and other beautiful parts of the Algarve.
What makes this property unique
This apartment is situated on the end, which means it benefits from a slightly larger terrace — perfect for catching the sun throughout the day. Being on the ground floor, it offers easy access to the pool with only 2 steps to climb from terrace to footpath, making it especially convenient for all guests.
Inside, the apartment is beautifully presented. It was newly decorated throughout in 2024, with updated flooring and brand-new bedroom furniture, creating a fresh, modern, and comfortable space to relax and enjoy your stay.
