Had a great stay here. Lots of restaurants and a small convenience store within walking distance. We had a small plumbing problem in the apartment but the owners/management were very quick to send maintenance so what could have been a large problem was only a minor inconvenience. Parking was available but it was street parking so no dedicated spot. We were fortunate to find spots close by each day but during peak travel months it might not be so convenient (we travelled in October).

The flat was not very clean, mold in the bathroom. Occasional hot water. Hair on the shower wall in the guest bathroom. No soap for the shower. Not really setup for 4 people. Very hard to open the door to the balcony. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Had no idea which flat was number 1 had to try every door. I asked for a late check out for 3 hours and was told another 120 euros and the book in the flat quoted 100 euros for 5 hours.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bathroom, what appeared to be mold was actually discoloration on the silicone sealant, not active mold. The silicone has already been replaced. The hot water system is working correctly, although the amount of available hot water can depend on usage and consumption. We have also checked the balcony door following your comments. Regarding the late check-out fee, rates can vary depending on the season and availability. During the summer period, late check-out charges are different from those shown for other times of the year. As for locating the apartment, prior to check-in we sent a video with step-by-step instructions showing exactly how to access the building and find the apartment. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as they help us identify where we can improve the guest experience.
