The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles and 1 twin, all have air conditioning , fitted wardrobes and are finished to a very high standard. There is a large lounge area with fire place and patio doors leading to the private terrace where you will find an outdoor kitchen and gas BBQ. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property. Discover all that Vilamoura and the Golden Triangle of the Algarve have to offer with a stay at our lovely Marina Townhouse. Perfectly situated just a stone's throw from Vilamoura Marina, all local amenities and fantastic Falesia beach.

This beautiful, modern home offers the perfect base for your holiday in the Algarve. With ample living and dining space both inside and out, you can relax in comfort.

This property offers the opportunity to enjoy all the great restaurants and beach activities within walking distance. However, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and outdoor kitchen, if you want to be just lazy after a long day at the beach, the outdoor BBQ and terrace is a great place to chill with some alfresco sunset dining instead.

The townhouse has been recently fully refurbished and has all the modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is air conditioning throughout and a fireplace for a cosier stay in the winter months.

The townhouse is 3 storey. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower is situated on the top floor; it also enjoys a balcony terrace, perfect for a morning coffee. There are three other bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, on the lower floors, with two spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers

This property boasts access to a communal pool for guests to use during summer. The pool is a short walk from the townhouse to a gated complex where guests can also use the sun loungers.

The townhouse has its own private terrace, leading out from the kitchen dining area. It has sun beds, a parasol, and an outdoor shower and offers ample space for relaxation in the sunshine.

The house was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It had everything that we could have wanted for our stay, from a washing machine to every kitchen utensil. A nice welcome basket of snacks was also provided. There was air conditioning in every room (which was a relief). There was privacy for everyone as each bedroom was on a separate floor. The location was fantastic, the listing said 7 min walk to the marina, but it was more like a 2 min walk, but set back enough for there not to be any noise at night. There were TV channels available which suited my kids. Unfortunately, the design of the showers meant that they often overflowed.The only disappointment was the shared swimming pool (which I appreciate is not under the villa owner’s control). Although the entrance is a 30 second walk from the house, the pool was shabby and in need of maintenance. The fob to let us in was temperamental, there were numerous missing tiles on the floor and sides of the pool. No inflatables were allowed and although there was a shallower and deeper half, the shallow area 0.8m would be too high for under 5s to just stand without swimming, which made play harder (I’m used to my daughter being able to stand in the shallow end of pools). The toilet block was dated and there were many times where no sunbeds were available, Although there was plenty of space, there were only about 25 beds, so we put towels on the grass. There was a nice pool attendant sometimes there.
