Fully furnished and located in the serene gated community of Seaside Village, just a short walk to the sand, Main Street, HB pier and Pacific City. Relax on the back patio that backs up to a beautiful blue lagoon that flows through this secure gated community. Condo has a spacious, open floor plan and relaxing beach vibe. Downstairs living room has a comfortable couch and reclining chairs, office desk space with wi-fi, and a convenient 1/2 bath. The living room has a fireplace, large TV with Netcast/Netflix, and Cable TV. The sliding doors will lead you to the spacious patio with bbq, table/umbrella, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The large dining room seats 6 comfortably and is open to the kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, microwave , and even has granite countertops. It is complete with all your cooking necessities. Tile downstairs and wood laminate floors upstairs, are low maintenance and easy to clean. Upstairs master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are perfect for guests and there's a full bathroom for them. to share in the hallway. This condo is popular amongst snowbirds wanting to winter in sunny California. *please note that pool is heated only Mar. 1-Dec. 1. Hot tub will remain heated. It is comfortably decorated and fully furnished. You'll be able to pack light and move right in. Convenient, direct access, two car garage with storage and laundry, and additional guest parking on site. Seaside Village community amenities include: pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts and dog run. Shopping center is right across the street has many shops, restaurants and a Starbucks. Truly, close to it all! Please inquire about pets. 31 night minimum stay.

We called this home for 6 weeks! The location is perfect, so close to the beach and walkable to great places to eat and shop. Our host was wonderful and always available if we needed her, but honestly, everything was so clearly explained prior to our arrival that we didn't need to bother our host very often.

Walk to the Beach

This property is ideally located close to the beach, but without the noise and traffic of PCH, and close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the ducks swim by in the canal--very peaceful and quiet. Rosanna was very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved the minor issues that came up. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Lagoon Delight

Just had a wonderful stay in this property. 15 /20 min walk to Main Street and Pacific Centre and perfect location for all your trips. Each of the 3 bedrooms were so big with storage and wardrobes space, en suite shower and bathroom in the master room and a bathroom with bath and shower in the main bathroom. The house was very clean with everything that you would need. and well suited for our holiday from England to visit our son. Rosanna is easily reachable and very helpful when needed to communicate with her. The complex pool was also a favourite of ours along with the lagoon at the back of the house with ducks and turtles visiting us and all the residents in the street were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning here !!!

Location, location, location!

This property is located in a great gated community. It’s close to stores, restaurants, public transportation and an incredible beach. The pictures accurately describe the property. It has everything and more than you might have back home! Bikes, BBQ, large back porch, beach equipment and household products like detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and more. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Check in was very easy and the owner provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival. On the less positive side, the kitchen and master bathroom need to be freshened up. We were also disappointed that there was no sun at all on the back porch. We would have enjoyed sitting out there and watching the different birds, ducks and turtles in and along the canal. We would give this place an 8 out of 10 overall.

Great stay at Huntington Beach condo

Unit was as advertised in gated community. Enjoyed the lagoon and seeing ducks each morning. Unit was clean, nice beach decor and well-equipped for our needs. The only problem we had was cool weather, which had us put on the heat-only to find it didn't work! We called Rosanne who promptly replied. Mitch and my husband communicated frequently and he immediately had workers out to investigate. Mitch offered other heaters until furnace could be repaired/replaced., but not needed after workers showed us how we could turn off/on manually. The nice gas fireplace helped too. All in all it was great spending a month near our kids who live in the vicinity.

Huntington Beach escape

Stayed for 8 weeks to visit family in area and escape upstate NY winter weather. Rosanna's home met our needs very nicely; very well equipped for lengthy stay, safe, clean, and convenient. Rosanna was extremely responsible, quick to respond and easy to deal with. Would be happy to stay here again.
