The newly refurbished ‘Villa Amanda’ is a peaceful and green getaway situated along a lakeside path in Mandello del Lario. The villa (450 m²) can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms with air conditioning:
- The ground level consists of a wide living room with stunning marble flooring, a pleasant sitting space with TV around the central fireplace, and a few steps down, a bar corner and eating area with large sliding windows that lead to the garden and pool terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a bedroom with double bed (190x200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a round bathtub.
- Going towards the first floor you’ll find at mezzanine level a bedroom with small double bed (140 cm), followed by two spacious bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (220x200 cm) and balcony overlooking the lake, a bathroom with tub and shower, one bedroom with double bed (220x200 cm) and balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower and sauna.

The outside (2000 m²) are pleasantly created to spend a dream Lake Como vacation, boasting a pretty manicured lawn, majestic trees providing shadows in the warm summer days, and a pétanque track for family fun. There is a covered patio for al fresco eating, so fire up the barbecue and prepare gourmet meals at home, or why not hire a chef for a truly Italian culinary experience? The swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage may be heated, and is surrounded by a deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The Villa Amanda is located in a quiet private neighborhood of the lakeside village Mandello del Lario. You may take lovely walks along the lakeside route from the villa’s garden all the way to Mandello's quaint village center, which is 1.3 kilometers away. A boat and train station, a number of bars and trattorias in the hamlet, a large supermarket, and a few tiny beaches are all within walking distance. Within the Golden Triangle of Lake Como (Menaggio - Bellagio - Varenna) , the lake's most picturesque village Varenna, is just 10 km (15 minutes' drive) away and offers ferry access (you can even include your car) to Bellagio and Menaggio. 11 km towards the southern end you’ll find the vibrant town of Lecco.

Extra to be paid:
- Security deposit by bank transfer directly to the owner (refundable): 3000 euro
- Pool heating (upon prior request only): 75 euro per day
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
